    Welcome and day two agenda

In this video, Bill opens the second session, picks up from day one, and explains that this training will show how to set up a 24/7 Sales Engine in Buildy, including lead capture, follow-up, and traffic.

    2

Recap: Five requirements for a profitable online business

In this video, Bill reviews the five core requirements: an offer, a clear page that sells it, a way to get leads, a 24/7 follow-up system, and traffic.

    3

Six prospect data points to collect

In this video, Bill explains the information a Sales Engine should collect from each prospect, including pain points, goals, dream outcomes, barriers, wanted products, and qualification details.

    4

    Why prospect desire matters

In this video, Bill emphasizes the word THEY, explaining that entrepreneurs should tap into what prospects already want instead of trying to create demand from scratch.

    5

Ways Buildy can collect prospect data

In this video, Bill introduces self-selecting buttons, quiz funnels, lead qualification forms, email replies, SMS replies, voice replies, and contact notes as sources of personalization data.

    6

    Contact records and AI personalization

In this video, Bill demonstrates the contact record notes field and explains how Buildy can use those notes like a human sales rep would when writing follow-up.

    7

    Adding and importing contacts

In this video, the group asks about adding and importing contacts. Bill explains manual contact creation and why importing is limited to protect email and SMS deliverability.

    8

Support access, step-by-step help, and domain setup

In this video, questions about advisor access and step-by-step resources lead to a live demo of asking Buildy to find an available domain and navigate to domain settings.

    9

Phone numbers, keywords, and early traffic questions

In this video, the group asks about country-specific phone numbers, keyword selection for questionnaires, and using Buildy to brainstorm traffic and ad ideas from project context.

    10

What can be personalized in marketing

In this video, Bill explains how Sales Engines can personalize landing pages, custom quiz reports, emails, SMS messages, and eventually voice calls based on collected data.

    11

Live demo: Building the example site

In this video, Bill starts a new demo project for men over 50 focused on metabolic health, showing how to create a persuasive homepage as the foundation for a Sales Engine.

    12

    Persuasion, emotion, and decision-making

In this video, Bill answers questions about persuasion, recommending Influence and Predictably Irrational and explaining micro-decisions, emotion, logic, and subconscious buying behavior.

    13

How far AI selling can go

In this video, Bill explains that Buildy can engage prospects and nudge them toward buying, but it does not replace a trained human sales closer for high-touch selling.

    14

Reviewing the homepage and quiz foundation

In this video, Bill reviews the generated metabolic health homepage, points out the quiz Buildy created, and explains how to refine the site before adding the full Sales Engine.

    15

Domain, email, SMS, and phone prerequisites

In this video, Bill walks through domain registration, sending email setup, SMS setup and billing, phone number selection, carrier approval, and why these steps matter before advanced follow-up.

    16

SMS applications, LLCs, fees, and compliance

In this video, Jay and Bill explain the SMS application process, why LLCs and professional email help, carrier fees, site policy requirements, and how Buildy guides users through approval.

    17

Email-only Sales Engines are still powerful

In this video, Bill clarifies that voice and SMS are optional and that strong results can still come from personalized pages, quizzes, and email follow-up alone.

    18

LLC timing, sole proprietor SMS, video costs, and CRM

In this video, the group asks about LLC setup, SMS versus ChatGPT ads, video credits, extra platform costs, old-style text messaging, and whether the old CRM is still needed.

    19

Preparing to build the Sales Engine

In this video, Bill summarizes the prerequisites: a site, domain, email setup, and clear offer, then explains that users can request the team to build the engine or do it themselves.

    20

Live demo: Prompting a 10-question quiz funnel

In this video, Bill asks Buildy to create a new quiz page with 10 questions, open-ended answers, AI-generated personal action plans, contact record saving, and a booking call pitch.

    21

How the quiz funnel becomes a Sales Engine

In this video, Bill explains how quiz answers feed a personalized report and follow-up engine, and how the model can promote coaching, courses, affiliate offers, or physical products.

    22

Quiz complete and email sequence setup

In this video, Buildy reports the quiz is ready, then Bill has it create an eight-email follow-up sequence triggered by quiz completion and personalized from the quiz answers.

    23

When to ask for email in a quiz

In this video, Bill explains why he prefers asking for contact information after the quiz, using commitment and consistency to improve opt-in quality and reduce unnecessary AI report costs.

    24

Reviewing and editing the follow-up sequence

In this video, Bill opens the sequence dashboard and walks through the goal, tone, trigger, unsubscribe settings, sender options, sequence steps, message goals, key points, and AI guidance.

    25

Testing the quiz and personalized report

In this video, Bill runs through the quiz, submits sample answers, reviews the personalized action plan, and shows how the report leads into a call-booking offer.

    26

Checking contact records and fixing saved answers

In this video, Bill reviews the new contact record, notices open-ended answers are not flowing into the sequence event, and asks Buildy to fix the data capture.

    27

    Email replies and automated responses

In this video, the group asks where replies go. Bill explains the inbox, global auto-reply behavior, and how replies can be tailored to the goal of the sequence.

    28

    Clear next steps for students

In this video, Bill lays out the implementation path: choose niche and offer, build the site, register domain and email, identify useful prospect data, then build or request the Sales Engine.

    29

Duplicates, overwhelm, images, checkpoints, and publishing

In this video, questions cover duplicate contacts, tech fear, adding images to quiz questions, restoring checkpoints, and remembering to click Publish when changes should go live.

    30

    Traffic strategy and ChatGPT ads

In this video, Bill explains why ChatGPT ads can be valuable for Sales Engines, how they compare with social and search ads, how bidding works, and why budgets must be controlled carefully.

    31

    LLC requirements for ChatGPT ads

In this video, Bill explains that ChatGPT ads currently require approval, why an LLC and business email improve approval chances, and how the LLC partner can help users get set up.

    32

Other ways to get traffic with Buildy

In this video, Bill tours non-ChatGPT traffic options including Meta ads, Google ads, organic social, SEO, blog content, and asking Buildy to recommend a traffic path.

    33

Organic traffic demo and LinkedIn recommendation

In this video, Bill asks Buildy for no-budget traffic advice, and Buildy recommends starting with LinkedIn carousel content for the new entrepreneur audience.

    35

Scheduling social content and final wrap-up

In this video, Jay points out the social media content scheduler, then Bill and Jay close the marathon session by encouraging students to use Buildy and stick with the implementation process.

    Lesson 2 Action Checklist

Complete these steps to start up your 24/7 Sales Engine.

    1

    Set up your project foundation

    • Register or connect a custom domain for your project.
    • Configure your sending email in Manage > Domains and Email.
    • If you plan to use SMS follow-up, complete the SMS setup and 10DLC registration in Buildy.
    • If you plan to use phone calls or voice agents, acquire a phone number.
    2

Define your prospect data collection strategy

    • Identify the 6 key data points you want to collect: pains, goals, dream outcomes, barriers, wanted products, and qualification info.
    • Decide which collection method fits your offer: self-selecting buttons, a quiz funnel, a lead form, or a combination.
    • Write down the questions your quiz or form will ask prospects.
    • Make sure each question reveals something Buildy can use to personalize follow-up emails, SMS, or pages.
    3

Build your quiz funnel and personalized report

    • Ask Buildy to create a quiz page with your chosen questions and open-ended answer fields.
    • Confirm the quiz saves answers to the contact record so the follow-up sequence can read them.
    • Ask Buildy to generate a personalized action plan or report delivered after the quiz.
    • Add a call-to-action at the end of the report, such as booking a call or checking out a product.
    4

    Create your email follow-up sequence

    • Ask Buildy to create an email sequence triggered by quiz completion.
    • Check that the sequence uses prospect data from the quiz to personalize each email.
    • Choose a sequence length that fits your offer. 5 to 8 emails is a strong starting range.
    • Review the sequence in the dashboard and adjust tone, timing, subject lines, or key points as needed.
    5

    Test your Sales Engine end-to-end

    • Open your live site and complete the quiz as if you were a real prospect.
    • Check that a new contact record appears with the answers you submitted.
    • If using email follow-up, verify the sequence trigger fires correctly.
    • Fix anything that is not working before driving traffic to your engine.
    6

    Prepare your traffic strategy

    • Decide on at least one traffic channel: ChatGPT ads, Meta ads, Google ads, organic social, SEO, or blog content.
    • If using ChatGPT ads, review the LLC and business email prerequisites.
    • If using Meta or Google ads, connect your ad account in Manage > Marketing & Ads.
    • If starting with organic, ask Buildy to draft your first social post or blog article.
