    Lesson 1 Action Checklist

Complete these steps before moving on to Lesson 2 so your Sales Engine has a clear niche, offer, and starting website direction.

    1

    Choose one starting niche

    • Pick one broad market you are willing to stick with.
    • Avoid tiny micro-niches that leave no room to adjust.
    • Choose a niche you have interest, curiosity, or positive energy around.
    • Make sure the market has real problems, goals, or desires people already care about.
    2

Clarify what you will sell or promote

    • Decide whether you are selling your own product, coaching, consulting, a course, services, or affiliate offers.
    • If you are promoting affiliate offers, confirm there are products or services available in that niche.
    • Write down the main outcome your offer helps people achieve.
    • Write down the pain, frustration, or challenge your offer helps reduce.
    3

    Research the market and opportunity

    • Use Buildy to research your niche and surface offer angles.
    • Use YouTube, NotebookLM, and Gemini Deep Research to study current high-performing topics.
    • Look for recurring pain points, goals, questions, and buying triggers.
    • Save useful findings so they can guide your website and quiz later.
    4

    Create your first website foundation

    • Ask Buildy to create a homepage for your niche and offer.
    • Make sure the page explains who you help, what problem you solve, and why the visitor should care.
    • Add or plan a sales page if your offer needs more explanation.
    • Review the page and ask Buildy to improve anything that feels unclear or too generic.
    5

    Prepare your business setup

    • Register or connect a domain for the project.
    • Review the domain and email setup steps in Buildy.
    • If you plan to use paid ads, SMS, or business approvals later, begin LLC setup or review whether you need one.
    • Keep the Prime Corporate Services LLC resource handy if you need help setting up your business entity.
    6

    Get ready for Lesson 2

    • Be able to describe your niche in one sentence.
    • Be able to describe your offer in one sentence.
    • Have a first version of your site started in Buildy.
